Sweat Day 5

I gave blood today. Well, platelets specifically. And the nurse who worked with me said NO strenuous exercise for 24 hours.

So I have a medical excuse for not doing aerobics!

Except that I feel a little guilty about it.

But I did budgeting, and am definitely on board with joining the local YMCA.

Their class list is awesome, and I can wait to do:
Laps in the pool weekly
Ballroom dance class
Core Balance (or maybe Core Energy)
Functional FUN (thank the gods- a low intensity workout that isn't aimed for 60somethings only)
Pilates
Salsa
Women's Power Hour
Zumba

Yes, I'm going to become one of those crazy ladies that spends 3 hours per day at the gym...and calls it "fun"!
