Previous Weight: 168 lbs.
Current Weight: 165 lbs.
So this week I've been running errands a lot, and not running in any other way. I keep promising my body that we'll get moving on Monday, but I don't think she believes me.
In good news, I found out that our scale has been weighing at 5 pounds too heavy. That makes me a bit happier, especially knowing that my two weeks at 168 lbs were actually two weeks at 163 lbs (which is 3 pounds away from my goal weight).
And that just goes to show you, even being at your ideal body weight doesn't mean you'll be your ideal body SHAPE. So I'm going to focus on accepting my lumps and frumps, and being okay with that.
