Current Weight: 166.6 lbs.
Yeah, well, I worked out 3 days this week thus far. I thought I did well with eating, but last weekend was pretty stressful and I'm going to assume that my body processed the stress by retaining EVERYTHING (as it normally does). It's pretty amazing- when I'm happy and smitten, I drop pounds like crazy. When I'm stressed, I gain them like mad.
So I'm keeping at it, and trying not to think of last week's weigh-in as a fluke.
