Ok, I didn't see that coming.
I thought for sure I had gained a massive amount of weight from an indulgent weekend and very little cardio exercise.
BUT although I have Plans and Schemes involving P90X, salsa dancing, and more, I need to focus on two things very firmly right now: writing, and working out at least 3 times per week. We'll see if that goal gets met this upcoming week.
