I think this is my body's bullshit way of telling me that I have to amp up the amount of exercise that I'm getting in order to lose weight, in addition to cutting calories. Apparently, not counting calories for TWO DAYS leads to massive weight gain.
I need to find something I can do despite the hundred-degree weather, that I can afford, have the space to do in my parents' tiny apartment, doesn't require a time commitment of more than a month, and that I enjoy doing enough to not quit after two weeks. Suggestions?
