This is not the direction in which I want the scale to go! I'm naturally a guilt-magnet, so of course my rationalizations are that I deserve it: I haven't been working HARD enough, I cheated TWICE, I'm just meant to be healthy but chubby, etc.
Today is a rest day. But I really hope that scale (and the inches) go down next week. And stay down.
