PINK Day 1

Today I started the PINK Method. For those unfamiliar with it, it's a fitness and nutrition program aimed at making women slimmer but also more toned, healthier, and more energetic.

It starts with a change to nutrition that lasts anywhere from 3-14 days (depending on your current weight/height ratio) before the fitness part begins. This is part detox, part jump-start to the weight loss, and part getting the body used to a change in nutrition routine before the real burning of calories begins.

It also lets me plan my meals out, which is nice and empowering. :)

Breakfast for the next 10 days will be one of 2 shakes.
Lunch and dinner are each 4oz of lean protein and unlimited unprocessed veggies.

Today I weigh: 170.5 lbs
And I feel: Excited to start a change
