I weighed in today at 168 lbs.
Could this be a new trend of losing a pound a day? I certainly hope so! I know this- walking 2 miles a day in snow is a workout. And each day I have made sure to get out and get moving in addition to my regular trek to work, walking around downtown.
However, I have not been turning down the free lunches at work. And I stopped my bread fast, though I'm consuming MUCH less of bready stuff and processed sugar stuff than ever before. I'm also gonna do this: http://www.danceworksstudio.com/lessons-introductory.html
