PINK Day 15

Alright, completed Day 15, including the third workout of Phase I. Tomorrow I jump back to the first workout of Phase I, which kicked my keester earlier. And now, I have the added bonus of being sore.

Seriously, I am walking like an old lady.

It's awesome!

Equally awesome is that I weighed in at 167.5 again today. If it's the same two days in a row, then I believe it's not a fluke. Wahoo!

I've also been pleasantly surprised that I'm not feeling hungry or un-fed at all since starting Phase I. In fact, I had a hard time this morning, remembering to get everything in! Working out and feeling like I'm eating less- I'm definitely feeling lighter.
