PINK Day 18

(yes, I gained 2.5 pounds in a day, somehow)

And I'm totally to blame. I've been working my keester off with the exercise routine, but on Tuesday I had pasta (not supposed to have bready/processed carbs), and last night I had garlic bread (and cider, and probably twice as much pork as I should have had).

The lesson? I should not consume alcohol while eating- it gives me even lower willpower.
Also, no more bready starchy carbs. Period. I can't keep making decisions that cause a seesaw effect. It plays with my motivation, and with my hope, and causes me even more guilt and shame than I already carry.
