After having my keester handed to me during the Phase I workout yesterday (and am more sore than I reckoned I'd be today), I weighed in at 167.5 lbs.
I'm going to keep it up, and see where it takes me. I've been consistently losing 1.5 pounds per week, and I hope the increased intensity of this workout gets me over that hump at to my goal of 2 pounds per week. Or more! That'd be ok, too. :)
Week 2 (Jan 16-22): -1.5 lbs (progress, but didn't reach goal yet again)
