Fitness Check-In

My weigh-in this morning was 161.5 lbs! 
That's the lightest I've been since high school!

The key to this is apparently confusing my body by following a strict workout routine for a few weeks, then taking a week off, then switching up eating habits (from lots of lean protein to three carbful days to almost totally lettuce-and-legumes, to the addition of avocado and cheese). Hell, I don't even know what's going on!

But I am still trying to walk and/or workout every day, and keep my sugar and carb intake extremely low. And it's no secret that being happy and calm helps my body let go of weight more quickly.
