PINK Day Whatever

Today's weigh-in was 167.5!

My Pull + Mat Lower Body workout yesterday went very well, with me finally getting down moves that I struggled with when I first started. That, and I've lost a half pound. And, of course, that empowered feeling that comes after a workout, when you glow and stink of success and are filled with a peaceful strength. I'm digging that.

And the 3 days of intensely sunny weather that make me want to go outside and walk for 5 miles or so aren't hurting.

So yes, lots of very slow progress (I was 170.5 when I started this program three weeks ago) but I do feel like it's working with the strength training.
