I recently for the chance to review Studio Gear Hydrating CC Cream. I love the concept of a BB or CC cream, but all the ones I've tried before sunk into my skin and separated, leaving me with the appearance of more wrinkles and large pores than I actually have.
They have 3 shades- Linen, Natural and Wheat. So I took a guess that I was Natural.
This is really unique, in my experience....it comes out white. Not tinted. White.
But then I dotted it onto my face, and it changed to match my skin tone.
As you can see, the coverage is really light. Just enough to blend the red spots, really. It did settle a little bit into my pores, but less than any other BB (or CC) cream I've ever tried.
It also didn't make me look ashy....it might be the best color match I've ever experienced!
I tried layering it to create more coverage, but it really doesn't get heavier. In essence, if you don't have difficult pigmentation issues, this is a perfect everyday-wear CC cream. I'll be using it instead of foundation, for day looks that are more natural. And since it is SPF 20, that's pretty perfect!
