Here's the skinny:
I want to wear a size 12 or smaller. <---(I'm currently a size 14)
I want to have a waist size that is 7/10ths smaller than my bust and hip size.
I want to have a more toned waist, hips, and upper arms.
How I'm getting there:
I have cut out all gluten, most dairy, and soy from my diet.
I eat vegetables every day, and lean meat 1-3 times per week.
I am working on cutting processed foods out as much as possible, including sugary substances.
I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and regular snacks.
I am working on drinking 50+ ounces of water every day <----(I'm currently averaging 35 ounces or so)
I am taking swing dance lessons in June (and likely also July and August).
I am hoping to attend more local hiking events.
I am hoping to walk at least a mile every day now that the nice weather is back.
I am lifting 5 pound weights and doing daily mat work for core strength.

LOVE your goals - those are pretty much mine too!
ReplyDeleteI'm doing the C25k, and working out with the wiifit, since the Y is just too far for me to travel regularly... I haven't been as consistant as I need to be with my eating and wii work outs, but I am on week 4 of the Couch Potato to 5k program. For me, that's a major accomplishment. I loved your term "wogged" - that sounds about right. I'm definitely not running yet, and I walk between jogs.. I think I "wog". Love it.
Yay for fitness goals!! I'm doing couch to 5k as well (on week 3). Support is so important. Even if it just means posting what you're doing. I will if you will!
