I've been super good about portion control this week. Also, I've been super ridiculous about enjoying dairy for the first time in a decade. Hrmm...Mostly, I think this is one of those things that happens once a month to us ladies. So I'm going to continue walking a mile or more every day, and trying to eat responsibly (except on Saturday).
I don't know how Brandy does it, but I'm envious!
