Wahoo! This week, after a ridiculously splurgeful weekend in Seattle that included a fair amount of alcohol, I started counting calories again. It's this thing that I do, usually only for a month or so, to get me more aware of what I'm putting in my mouth. I'm also focusing on burning 250 calories per day, weight training aside. Let's hope the pounds start melting off.
I share Brandy's frustration in needing to hit the reset button on the exercise routine. I've been slacking off too much, and therefore that one pound loss feels like a fluke (notice how I never trust the weight loss?).
