Best Oatmeal Ever

I got this brilliant brekkie idea from the marvelous Miss Angie. Only, I'm lazy so I hacked it a bit.

1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
2/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 Tblsp jam (your choice of flavor)

Mix all together in a tupperware and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you have a chewy, delicious, relatively low-cal breakfast. Yay!
