Printcess Eyeshadow as Blush

One of the reasons I call Printcess "mineral makeup" instead of just "eye shadow" is because you can do a LOT with these loose powders.

I'm posting a series of tutorials on ways you can use a pot of Printcess color to sub for things other than eye shadow. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions, in the comments below!

Today's tip: BLUSH

If you need to pack light, or can't find the right blush you're looking for, you can easily turn to your eyeshadows. Either matte or shimmer will work (though I prefer a metallic shimmer for the dewy, youthful look it imparts).
Choosing a shade is the tough part: I went with Saloon, a shimmer berry.

Notes on picking the right shade: For fair skin, go for a baby pink or peach (like Royals), for medium skin try an apricot (like Ma'am) or mauve, olive skin works well with orange peach shades and rose (like Law), medium to darker skin looks great with a berry (like Riddle and Saloon), dark skin rocks a brick (like Crime) or bronzey tangerine.

On applying: Start on the apples of your cheeks (the highest point when you smile), and BLEND (don't go below the line of your nostrils, or higher than the outside edge of your eyes).
Blend until you can't see a definitive line between not-blushed-skin and blushed-skin.
And since ALL Printcess colors are safe to use on your cheeks, you can use any number of shades for costume makeup!
